Francisco's professional journey began in the high-stakes world of Mortgage & Finance, where he quickly ascended the ranks to become a respected leader in his field. Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in science & economics, his keen insight into market trends and his innovative approach to business strategy led to the founding of his first company in his late twenties.

Despite his early success, Francisco felt a disconnect between his professional achievements and his personal fulfillment. At the peak of his career, Francisco faced a series of life-altering challenges. Within a span of just two years, he was diagnosed with stage-3 cancer, had to navigate the fallout of a financial crisis that forced his company into bankruptcy, and went through a painful divorce. These events became the catalyst for a profound personal and professional transformation.

Determined to rebuild his life with a new foundation, in 2009 Francisco embarked on a journey of self-discovery at the University of Santa Monica, where he would end up graduating with a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology.

With renewed purpose, Francisco established the Mortgage Phoenix Group, a lending company conceived as a bridge between profit and purpose. From its inception, the organization was designed to not only succeed financially but to serve a greater cause by funding homes for women and children in Ensenada, MX. It was during the early years of running this new company that Francisco felt a compelling call to expand his impact.

This call led to the founding of Giving Business Soul, a visionary organization dedicated to introducing soul-development in the modern professional world. Over the past decade, Giving Business Soul has grown into a leader in the realm of spiritual and personal development, uniquely positioning itself as an organization that guides professionals to a greater knowledge of self while excelling in business and sales.
